In 2021, key employees of Zhengzhuo participated in external management training.

In early March 2021, Zhengzhuo’s key employees—Huang Jiawei, Li Quanxin, and Zhang Pengfei—participated in a management training program organized by Beijing Influence Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. Over the course of four months, they completed three modules: "Self-Management for Outstanding Managers," "Enhancing Team Management Skills," and "Improving Business Management Capabilities."

During the training, the employees delved into and practiced key concepts such as the "Four Role Misalignments," the "Six-Point Work Method," and "Four Classic Management Styles." To enhance team leadership, they studied internal and external talent selection methods, as well as employee motivation techniques. On the business management front, they explored frameworks like "Five Barriers to Efficient Work," the "SMART Principle," "OGSM-T," and structured post-project reviews ("Summary and Retrospective").

Beyond theoretical learning, the program emphasized hands-on application. Through group exercises, the participants mastered essential tools such as mind mapping and brainstorming sessions, enabling them to address real-world challenges more effectively.

As management guru Peter Drucker once said, "The core of management is self-management." The training reinforced the idea that "between thinking and achieving lies the crucial step of doing." To bridge this gap, mastering these theories and tools is essential. Learning is a continuous process, and all participants found the training highly rewarding.

At the closing ceremony, Mr. Wu, Zhengzhuo’s General Manager, commended the significance of the program and praised the dedication of the employees who took part. Their commitment to growth reflects Zhengzhuo’s culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
